The Senior

Manager leads CAE’s Cyber Business Enablement strategy and global BISO team. The work spans executive advising, product security, cloud environments, secure-by-design practices, and cybersecurity governance. The leader translates risk priorities into measurable business outcomes and coordinates cybersecurity engagement across strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



Define and execute CAE’s Cyber Business Enablement strategy Advise executives on risk-informed cybersecurity decisions Lead and develop the global BISO team Embed security across product and software initiatives Report cybersecurity priorities, risks, investments, and outcomes Requirements: ~10+ years in cybersecurity, technology, risk, or related leadership ~ Experience influencing senior executive business decisions ~ Success leading multidisciplinary teams and organizational change ~ Understanding of cybersecurity, product security, cloud, and transformation ~ CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or similar credentials preferred Lead CAE’s cybersecurity business partnership through executive influence, product security, risk translation, and global team leadership.
