We are currently looking for an energetic and results oriented individual to fill the position of Data Entry Clerk. This is a key member of a winning team. The Data Entry Clerk reports to the Engineering Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

· Data entry work in ERP system

· Prepare & maintain Design Department files and folders

· Prepare production release packages & production documentation

· Prepare, maintain & track Design Department file folders and production release jobs

· Data entry into the Design Departments’ logs & schedules

What we are looking for:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, with advanced knowledge in Excel

· Ability to work under tight time restrictions and meet deadlines





· Ideal candidate should have at least 2 years’ experience in an Administrative role

· Ability to work independently and assume responsibility for managing assigned tasks and projects

· Candidate must be dependable, conscientious, and self-motivated

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Looking for a candidate who is a “Thinker and a Planner”
