- Food Handler's training and certification is required
- Previous food preparation and/or food service experience
- Proven working knowledge of safe food handling practices and sanitation
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to effectively interact with all levels of staff and public and provide positive customer service




- Working knowledge of standardized recipes and portion control an asset
- Knowledge in food service sanitizing work areas, equipment, dishes and utensils, an asset
- Must be flexible in terms of availability for weekends, holidays, and for short notice call-in's
