As a Network Analyst, you will be part of a multi-tiered support team responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing Suncor's private LTE (pLTE), Wi-Fi, and wired networks. You will work from the Industrial Network Operations Center (INOC) and collaborate with Tier 1-3 analysts, field support teams, and vendors to ensure high availability and performance of our connectivity services.

Three+ years of experience in network operations or IT infrastructure support.

Experience with wireless technologies (pLTE, Wi-Fi), SIM management, and ServiceNow.

Experience in industrial or operational technology (OT) environments.

Knowledge of Nokia, Cisco, or Rajant network systems.

Monitor network health and alarms across pLTE, Wi-Fi, and wired infrastructure.

Conduct regular health checks and lifecycle monitoring of network components.

Participate in disaster recovery planning, firmware patching, and upgrade roadmaps.

Support onboarding of new services and infrastructure to the network.

Shift-based or rotational schedule may apply depending on operational needs.
