Shape acquisition strategy and enterprise growth as Director of Finance at EDL Building Solutions, based primarily from the Edmonton office.

You will lead Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology while building systems and capability for repeatable growth.

Partner with senior leaders on strategy, governance, and future decisions

Lead financial aspects of acquisitions, valuation, diligence, financing, and integration

Lead Finance, HR, and IT teams toward accountable execution

Professional accounting designation, CPA or equivalent

Several years leading a finance function at senior level

Hands on mergers and acquisitions experience across required stages

Multi entity and inter company accounting experience

Solid commercial judgment and constructive leadership challenge

Apply financial leadership, acquisition expertise, and commercial judgment to help EDL Building Solutions build its platform company. #
