Lead renewable power financing through financial modeling and negotiation at Brookfield Renewable North America. Work closely with lenders, counsel, and cross-functional teams.

As Director, Capital Markets, you will execute debt financings, refinancings, and restructurings for Brookfield’s North American Renewable Power Platform. The work supports development, construction, and acquisitions across renewable power assets. Transaction sizes range from $30 million to $1B+ and span international banks and institutional markets. You will report to the VP of Capital Markets and help advance fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Negotiate financing projects with lenders and legal counsel

Direct lender due diligence with internal and external stakeholders





Coordinate approvals and transaction closings under tight timeframes

Develop term sheets, credit agreements, and finance documents

Oversee financial models for financing projects

Requirements: Eight or more years of experience

Corporate or project finance experience

Strong financial modeling and structuring capabilities

Robust Excel and PowerPoint knowledge

Undergraduate accounting or finance diploma and/or MBA

Apply financial modeling, negotiation, and stakeholder management expertise to renewable power capital markets transactions at Brookfield.
