Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper to support daily kitchen operations and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized food service environment. This role assists with dishwashing, basic food preparation, and meal preparation while working closely with kitchen and service staff. Restaurant, kitchen, or food service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

- Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.

- Assist with food preparation and meal preparation, such as washing produce, portioning ingredients, and completing other basic tasks as directed.

- Support cooks and other kitchen staff during service, including helping with cooking tasks appropriate to the role.





- Follow protected food handling practices and established food safety and sanitation procedures.

- Help receive, store, and rotate food and kitchen supplies as needed.

- Assist with serving or other food service duties when requested.

- Dispose of waste properly and promptly report equipment or sanitation concerns.

Requirements

- Ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively in a busy kitchen.

- Dependable, attentive to cleanliness, and willing to perform routine physical tasks, including standing for extended periods.

- Willingness to learn proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety practices.

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
