Tuber runs 24/7 across light and heavy towing, recovery, and transport in the

Greater Edmonton area. Dispatch is the centre of the whole operation, and we're adding a supervisor to lead it.

This is a new seat. You'd own the dispatch floor - the people, the process,

and the quality of what goes out the door.

WHAT YOU'D BE DOING

- Leading our dispatchers and call takers across a 24/7 schedule
- Owning the quality of dispatch work: reviewing calls, catching what gets missed, coaching in the moment
- Being the decision point when a call gets complicated, so it doesn't have to climb higher
- Finding the gaps in our process and turning them into documented standards
- On-call for dispatch questions outside your scheduled hours, including weekends. This is phone support, not dispatching. The goal is a team that needs that call less every month.

SCHEDULE Salaried with adaptable scheduling. Core hours 9-4, with an early or late day most weeks to cover shift handovers. You set your own schedule a week ahead.

Occasional weekend presence.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR





- Experience leading people - formally or informally - in dispatch, a call centre, logistics, or any 24/7 operation
- Comfortable making a decision on incomplete information and standing behind it
- Writes clearly. You'll be documenting process, not just following it.
- Towing experience is an asset, not a requirement. We can teach towing. We can't teach judgment.

COMPENSATION $68,000 - $78,000 per year, depending on experience.

Pay: $68,000.00-$78,000.00 per year
