Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, and customize Duck Creek Policy applications to meet business and insurance requirements.

- Configure insurance products, including personal lines and commercial lines such as auto, homeowners, and commercial property.

- Work with Duck Creek Author, Product Studio, and other relevant platform tools to configure policy workflows and product models.

- Develop and maintain business rules, rating logic, forms, underwriting rules, and validations.

- Implement policy lifecycle transactions, including current business, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements.

- Develop integrations between Duck Creek and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and messaging technologies.

- Work with XML, JSON, SQL,



and other technologies to support configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and configuration solutions.

- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, QA engineers, product owners, and DevOps teams.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and production support.

- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability.

- Participate in code reviews, release deployments, technical documentation, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
