Support a Chief Operating Officer through calendar coordination, executive workflow design, and follow-up management in a primarily in-office environment. Help keep commitments visible and priorities moving. 270 West Consulting is seeking an Executive Assistant reporting directly to the COO. You will organize meetings, email, deadlines, delegated work, and executive information.

The position supports a fast-moving, meeting-intensive environment involving multiple office locations, operational responsibilities, and shifting priorities. Your work will help the COO remain prepared and informed while reducing administrative coordination demands.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate calendars, meetings, conflicts, priorities, and appointment logistics Organize executive email and flag urgent or sensitive items Maintain workflows for tasks, decisions,



deadlines, and follow-ups Prepare briefings, agendas, materials, and meeting action records Coordinate information flow among teams, vendors, and external partners Requirements: Five-plus years of relevant administrative experience Two to three years supporting a senior executive, founder, or owner Exceptional prioritization, organization, follow-up, and attention to detail Solid written communication and Microsoft 365 proficiency Sound judgment, discretion, and confident communication Bring executive support, workflow design, Microsoft 365, and follow-up expertise to 270 West Consulting’s COO office.
