Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, this supervisor follows the established maintenance strategy for plant equipment. The position supports equipment availability while meeting safety, environmental, and cost requirements. It combines workforce supervision, troubleshooting, planning, and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and train electrical instrumentation maintenance workforce
Enforce workplace health, safety, and environmental standards
Control maintenance costs, purchases, and warehouse materials
Plan and execute preventive maintenance follow-up work
Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions
Requirements: College diploma in Electrical
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
AutoCAD proficiency
Safety-minded approach to eliminating workplace risks
Supervisory Common Core or supervisory experience
