About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking experienced Engineering Managers to lead high-impact engineering teams responsible for building and supporting critical products and technology platforms.

This role combines technical leadership, execution oversight, and people management. Successful candidates will work closely with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams while driving delivery, mentoring engineers, and maintaining a high technical bar.

Product Engineering Manager About the Role The Product Engineering Manager will lead a cross-functional engineering team focused on delivering customer-facing products and business-critical solutions. The role requires someone who can balance technical leadership, product thinking, execution, and people development.

Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor software engineers while fostering a high-performance culture
- Partner with Product Managers to prioritize and deliver impactful solutions
- Guide technical and architectural decision-making
- Drive execution and ensure consistent delivery of initiatives
- Support career growth and development of team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Operations, and Engineering
- Ensure engineering quality, scalability, and reliability
- Help teams navigate ambiguity and changing priorities




- Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement

Required Experience
- 6+ years of prior hands-on software engineering experience
- 2-3 years of Engineering Management experience
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to influence technical decisions
- Experience leading product-focused engineering teams
- Customer-focused and product-oriented mindset
- Strong coaching and people leadership skills
- Experience delivering complex software solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to balance business priorities with technical excellence

Platform Engineering Manager About the Role The Platform Engineering Manager will lead teams supporting infrastructure, DevOps, security, and data platforms. This role requires a strong technical leader who remains close to the technology while driving execution and team performance.

Responsibilities

- Lead platform engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, security, and data initiatives
- Define and execute technical roadmaps
- Improve reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence
- Partner with engineering leaders and stakeholders on strategic initiatives
- Drive automation and engineering best practices




- Mentor and develop engineering talent
- Ensure effective delivery of platform services and capabilities
- Support operational improvements and incident management activities
- Provide technical guidance and challenge architectural decisions when necessary

Required Experience
- 4-6 years of Engineering Management experience
- Strong background in infrastructure, DevOps, cloud technologies, security, or data platforms
- Solid understanding of modern engineering practices and architecture
- Experience leading large-scale technical initiatives
- Strong execution, prioritization, and decision-making skills
- Proven leadership and team development experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
