Reporting to the Director, Transformation Management Office, this Project Manager leads strategic initiatives across business transformation, operational excellence, and technology advancement. You will manage projects from concept through implementation, working with business leaders, IT teams, and external stakeholders. The role translates organizational strategy into action while strengthening project management practices and supporting the strategic roadmap.
Key Responsibilities: Manage transformation, process improvement, and technology-enabled projects
Define scope, deliverables, objectives, and success metrics
Maintain timelines, budgets,
resources, risks, and dependencies
Coordinate internal teams and external project partners
Present project updates to leadership and governance committees
Requirements: University degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Minimum seven years of project management experience
Experience with organizational transformation initiatives
Understanding of perks realization and business case development
English and French communication skills across Canada
