The Field Specialist provides front-line support and mentorship within Operations. You will plan high-profile operations, coordinate with customers, and support Sales, Product Line Management, Engineering, and Tech Services. The work includes product testing, field implementation, training, and customer-focused operational development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and plan critical well operations
- Coordinate customers with NCS Operations teams
- Diagnose job issues and recommend remedial steps
- Provide rotational on-call field operations support
- Conduct Service Line training and evaluations

Requirements:

- Minimum eight years of direct industry experience
- Wellbore Construction, Fracture Services, or Enhanced Oil Recovery experience
- Valid driver’s license and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to travel, work outdoors, and lift 25–50 pounds
