Our manufacturing operations are around-the-clock to meet the needs of our customers. We are currently looking for an energetic, hard-working Filling Operator to work permanent full-time on our Day shift (Monday to Friday 7:00h-15:00h EST) at our Alliston facility.

Safety glasses, safety shoes, ear plugs, jumpsuit, hood, hairnet, beard cover, gloves, isolation mask and boots (additional PPE required when cleaning) Visual Inspection of IV bag assembly, Filling IV solution in various bag sizes, placing bags into protective over-wrap, loading bags onto sterilizer trays. Visually inspect each filled bag assembly for proper fill volume, air volume, code number, expiration date, lot number, and other quality characteristics.
Pick up filled bag assembly from conveyor, position bag in over wrapper spec. Load sealed over-wrapped assemblies onto sterilizer trucks ensuring proper number of samples and proper positioning.
Perform necessary inspections including quality checks throughout each step-in process.
Duties performed on a continual or intermittent basis Learn, understand and apply thorough quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Notify the supervisor and take appropriate action if any safety, quality, mechanical or discrepancy issues occur. Successful completion of High School diploma or GED required (Proof will be requested) Manufacturing/Quality experience in a GMP environment Experience in food or manufacturing industry Previous experience working in a fast-paced workplace (experience working in an assembly line setting is preferred) Positive attitude, and an ability to work in a team setting with a focus on quality assurance and attention to detail.
Pay Transparency Language You may also be entitled to a shift premium for all shift premium eligible hours which will be included in your bi-weekly pay. Shift premium pay is subject to change and is at the sole discretion of the Company.
