- Middle Eastern Quick Service Restaurant Offering Donairs, Rice Platters, Sides Etc.

- The Food Service Crew Member supports daily restaurant operations by preparing and serving food, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean, protected service environment.

- This role may include working at the counter, in the kitchen, or across both areas, depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

- Prepare food and beverages according to recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures.

- Serve customers promptly and courteously, answer questions, and help ensure a positive dining experience.

- Operate a POS system to enter orders and process transactions accurately;

experience with Toast POS is helpful.

- Handle cash and complete cashiering tasks, including providing accurate change and following register procedures.

- Use basic math to verify orders, portions, and transactions.

- Recommend menu items and practice appropriate upselling based on customer preferences.

- Follow food handling, sanitation, and cleaning procedures; keep workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces orderly.





- Coordinate with team members to manage orders and maintain efficient service during busy periods.

- Use time management and attention to detail to balance food preparation, serving, and customer service duties.

Requirements

- Strong customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach.

- Ability to follow instructions, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures.

- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling orders and cash.

- Reliable time management, teamwork, and attention to detail.

- Food service, restaurant, food industry, serving, cashiering, or kitchen experience is helpful but not required.

- Familiarity with POS systems, including Toast, is a plus.

- Ability to perform the essential duties of the role, including standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
