Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent and or Night Auditor to join our team at Trilliant Hospitality Group. Based in Canada, this role is vital in ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes and providing outstanding guest service to our visitors.

Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel management systems.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions during night shifts.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of guest information.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to front desk operations.
- Support team members in delivering excellent hospitality experiences.




- Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems preferred.
- Flexibility to work night shifts as required.
