We’re looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Guest Services Agent to be the welcoming face of the Stonebridge Hotel. If you’re passionate about hospitality, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!

About the Role:

As a Guest Services Agent, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional service from check-in to check-out. You’ll assist guests with inquiries, manage reservations, and ensure every guest feels valued and cared for throughout their stay.

Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and check in guests with professionalism and warmth
- Provide helpful information about the hotel and local attractions
- Respond to guest requests, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner
- Answer phones and make or modify reservations
- Ensure accurate billing and handle payments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill guest needs




- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

What We’re Looking For:

- 2+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
- Professional appearance and demeanor
