Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade banking applications. The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies , with experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital banking solutions while adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Back-End Development

D esign, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java (Spring Boot) and/or Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django).B uild and optimize database solutions using SQL technologies.D evelop secure, scalable, and resilient applications aligned with banking and compliance standards.I ntegrate applications with internal and external systems through APIs and messaging frameworks.W rite unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure application quality and reliability.M onitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.F r ont-End DevelopmentDe velop responsive, user-friendly web applications using ReactJS, Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.Im plement reusable UI components and modern front-end architecture patterns.Co llaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive customer and employee experiences.Op timize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.In tegrate front-end applications with APIs and back-end services.Co l laboration & DeliveryPar ticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.Wor k closely with Product Owners,



Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and DevOps engineers.Con tribute to application design discussions and technical decision-making.Ens ure adherence to security, governance, and software development best practices.Req u ired QualificationsTech nical SkillsBack
