Senior Full Stack Software Developer (Java / React / Dynamics 365)

Contract: Through March 2027 (Extension Possible)

Location: Toronto

Ideal Rate: $90- $95 (Based on Experience)

ONSITE- 5 days

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Developer with expertise in Java, React, Node.js/Next.js, and Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will have experience building CRM, customer service, case management, licensing, permitting, or compliance solutions, along with strong integration and cloud development experience using Azure.

Must-Have Skills

- 7+ years of enterprise software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, React, Node.js, and Next.js
- Experience delivering CRM, Customer Service, or Case Management solutions
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform
- Robust expertise in Dataverse (data modelling, security, integrations)
- Experience with Azure Services ,



REST APIs, and enterprise integrations
- Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript , SQL Server , Azure DevOps , and GitHub
- Experience designing and implementing complex system integrations
- Agile/Scrum development experience

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Ontario Public Sector (OPS) or broader Public Sector experience
- Technical Lead or Senior Developer experience
- Experience with permitting, licensing, registration, inspection, or compliance management solutions
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, or Generative AI technologies
