Location: Dental Choice Full-Time Hours Monday - 10am to 6pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 8am to 4pm Friday - 8am to 3:30pm What You'll Do Welcome patients warmly and ensure every visit starts on a positive note Deliver friendly, engaging, and exceptional customer service Manage patient records, billing, insurance submissions, and payments with accuracy Work alongside a team providing General Dentistry and Invisalign Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and patient follow-ups Support patient retention, reactivation, and overall practice growth Help keep the day running smoothly in a busy, quick-paced environment What We're Looking For A bubbly, positive,



and engaging personality Strong verbal and written communication skills A willingness to learn and develop new skills A genuine interest in building a career in the dental profession Excellent customer service skills Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Someone who naturally brings positive energy to the team and patient experience Confidence turning "maybe later" into "scheduled!"
