The Role: As a Seasonal Gift Assembler, you will be at the heart of our holiday production. You will help bring our beautifully designed gift baskets and boxes to life, ensuring every ribbon is tied perfectly, and every product is placed with care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Creating Beautiful Gifts: Accurately assembling Holiday and corporate gift baskets and gift boxes according to design specifications.
- Quality Control: Ensuring every gift meets our high standards of presentation and aesthetic appeal before it leaves the facility.
- Customization: Printing and applying personalized ribbons, hang tags, and custom branded packaging.
- General Duties: Assisting with occasionally organizing stock, breaking down boxes, and keeping the production floor clean, safe, and efficient during high-volume shifts.

What We’re Looking For:

- Attention to Detail: You have an eye for presentation and take pride in making things look beautiful.
- Quick & Productive: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can maintain high quality while working quickly to meet holiday deadlines.
- Proactive Work Ethic: You anticipate workflow needs—like restocking supplies, prepping materials,

or clearing empty boxes—and step in to help keep the production floor moving efficiently.
- Team Player: You have a positive attitude—if you see something that needs doing, you jump right in to help the team.
- Active Role: Ability to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 30 lbs (boxes of products, inventory).
- Availability: Flexible availability through November and December. Weekend availability is a major plus, although not a requirement!
- Experience in retail, production, packaging, or floral design is an asset, but not strictly required. We will train the right candidate!
