Club seeks a Head Golf Qualified and Golf Operations Manager to lead day-to-day golf business performance. The position covers tee-time management, financial reporting, retail activity, people leadership, and golfer satisfaction. Success includes growing rounds, revenue, leagues, tournaments, junior programs, and special golf offerings.

Key Responsibilities: Lead tee times, pace of play, carts, and customer service Manage budgets, reporting, purchasing, inventory, and cost control Develop revenue strategies for rounds, retail, leagues, and events Recruit, schedule, coach,



and develop golf operations employees Evaluate artificial intelligence, pricing, scheduling, and analytics applications Requirements: PGA of Canada Class A membership or equivalent senior experience At least five years managing golf, hospitality, or club operations Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and monthly reporting capabilities Experience with reservation systems, merchandising, and inventory control Advanced Microsoft Excel and excellent customer-service communication skills Bring golf leadership, financial discipline, retail expertise, and customer-service focus to Lingan Golf Club’s operations and growth.
