The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority seeks a Health Care Aide for Access St. Boniface. This clinical, CUPE position supports clients through safe, effective personal care that respects comfort, privacy, and dignity. The 0.60 FTE schedule includes shifts and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide secure, effective personal care to clients
- Respect individual comfort, privacy, and dignity
- Communicate with clients, families, and coworkers
- Organize and prioritize assigned workload
- Transfer and transport patients and equipment

Requirements:

- Recognized Health Care Aide course completion
- Preferred experience supporting physical or cognitive impairments
- Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel year-round
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook
