Position Title: HR Business Partner, North America Department: Human Resources Entity: CS e-Storage Position that Reports To: Associate Director, HR Location: This is a hands‑on HR Business Partner (HRBP)to support our fast‑growinge-Storage business across North America. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver core HR processes, ensuring operational excellence and a strong employee experience. This role will also requite up to 15% travel to different project sites.

Strategic Partnership

Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives Coach leaders on performance management, engagement, and team effectiveness Drive change management initiatives in a high‑growth environment Hands‑On HR Delivery Execute core HR processes including onboarding, performance cycles,



and offboarding Maintain strong operational discipline across HR activities Employee Relations Lead and support employee relations concerns, ensuring consistent and legal practices combined with appropriate documentation. Coach managers and leaders on effective people management and workplace practices to mitigate issues Proactively identify ER and legal risks and proactively involve HR leadership Systems & Data (Workday) LeverageWorkdayfor HR transactions, reporting, and analytics Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems Use insights to inform decision‑making and improve business outcomes Recruitment and Retention Partner with Recruitment to support hiring needs Drive employee engagement and retention initiativesChampion company culture and values across the e-Storage business HR certification (SPHR or SHRM – CP or equivalent) highly desired Solid understanding of Canadian and US employment practices and legislation Proven experience as anHR Business Partnerin a quick‑paced, high‑growth environment Strong working knowledge ofWorkday(transactions, reporting, data management) Experience supporting technical, industrial, or energy‑related businesses is a plus Canadian Solar offers a competitive salary plus fully comprehensive benefits and performance bonus package based on an annual objective achievement. This position ranges between $105K - $135K CAD.
