Manager, you will partner with operational leaders across Assa Abloy Canada. This senior role spans recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, compliance, succession planning, and organizational change. You will support regional operations while coordinating with centralized Safety, Talent Acquisition, and Training & Development teams.

Serve as primary HR partner to regional business leaders Guide employee relations, investigations, performance, and accommodations Support workforce planning, succession, and organizational design Lead regional execution of HR policies and programs Manage relationships with Carpenters Union branches Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline Seven or more years of progressive HR experience Three years in senior HR leadership or partnership Multi-site operations experience across relevant organizations Bring strategic HR partnership, employee relations, and workforce planning leadership to Assa Abloy Canada across Western Canada. #
