HVAC SITE OPERATOR OPERATIONS | ACCOUNTABILITY | RESULTS We are looking for a hands-on leader who sets clear expectations, follows established processes, and takes ownership of results. As our HVAC Site Operator, you will oversee daily site operations, coordinate service and installation activity, and hold the team accountable for safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. This role requires someone who can turn a plan into consistent execution - assigning responsibilities, tracking performance, addressing problems early, and following through until the work is complete.

Your Responsibilities Own daily site performance, including scheduling, manpower, job readiness, productivity, and completion. Set clear daily and weekly expectations so every employee understands their responsibilities, deadlines, and performance standards. Lead daily operations meetings to review priorities, outstanding work, previous-day results, and barriers to completion. Enforce established procedures for dispatch, installations, service calls, documentation, purchasing, inventory, and job closeout. Confirm technicians have the equipment, materials, information, and support required before work begins. Monitor labour hours, job costs, overtime, callbacks, and incomplete work; act quickly when performance falls below expectations. Hold employees accountable through timely feedback, coaching, documented follow-up, and corrective action when required. Ensure work meets applicable safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications. Coordinate with sales, dispatch, warehouse, and management to deliver on customer commitments. Identify recurring problems, address root causes, and implement improvements that produce measurable results. Provide accurate performance reports with explicit action items, assigned owners, and completion dates. 1 HVAC SITE OPERATOR | CAREER OPPORTUNITY What Success Looks Like CLEAR STANDARDS.
