• Ensure accountability and produce project statuses; • Manage projects worth $1 to $5 million; • Track blockers and measure delivery performance; • Administer and control team budgets; • Prevalidate timesheets; • Ensure administrative follow-ups, especially those related to purchase orders; • Animate Agile ceremonies as needed; • Foster alignment, synergy, and collaboration between teams. The profile we are looking for is as follows: • Bachelor's degree in information technology, accounting, finance, administration or project management; • Possess more than 15 years of experience in information technology; • Have more than 10 years of experience in managing major infrastructure and telecommunications projects; • Master Agile project management approaches, ideally in a Protected setting; • Be familiar with PMBOK practices and principles; • Demonstrate a strong background in budget monitoring, financial analysis and project governance; • Understand the accountability requirements and obligations related to public audits; • Use Excel, Power BI, SAP, and Agile tools effectively.
