Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to build customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and support revenue growth. This role combines Flooring Sales, customer service, and business development, with a focus on understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products or services.

Experience in Flooring Industry is welcome.

Duties

- Generate and qualify leads through inbound inquiries, outbound outreach, and telemarketing.

- Develop recent business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing business customers.

- Understand customer goals and present relevant products or services clearly and accurately.

- Prepare proposals, follow up on opportunities, and use negotiation skills to move sales forward.

- Maintain accurate lead, account, and activity records in Salesforce or a similar customer relationship management system.

- Coordinate with marketing and other internal teams on campaigns, product information, and customer needs.

- Provide responsive customer service throughout the sales process and help resolve questions or concerns.

- Track sales activity and share customer feedback and market insights with the team.

Requirements

- Experience in inside retail sales,



Flooring Retail Sales & business development preferred.

- Strong communication skills, including the ability to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and explain solutions effectively.

- Professional fluency in English; Hindi language skills are a plus.

- Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM tools preferred.

- Interest or experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, is an advantage.

- Comfortable conducting phone and digital outreach, managing multiple opportunities, and following up consistently.

- Must have G Class License and must have a Vehicle.

- Customer-focused, organized, and able to work collaboratively while taking initiative.

Pay: $17.60-$29.48 per hour
