Core Responsibilities of the Role The following outlines the core responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative position at Gamma Powersports. All of the following are expected to be performed consistently and to a qualified standard:

- Meet daily call expectations
- Cold calling, actively selling products, and engaging customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
- Handle both outgoing and incoming sales calls with equal attentiveness and effort.
- Accurately process order entry in a timely manner.
- Work closely and collaboratively with the assigned Outside Sales Representative to support territory goals.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate call records and customer interaction details in the CRM system.
- Monitor and manage dealer backorders, following up proactively to keep customers informed and satisfied.




- Regularly validate customer master file contacts and information to ensure all records remain current and accurate.

What you bring

- Fluent in English and French (reading, writing, speaking)
- Experience with powersports parts and accessories, or other sales experience
- Cold calling sales experience
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Order entry experience and strong people skills
- Good time management and the ability to multitask
