? Junior Accountant (Remote - ET Hours)

? Remote | Reports to VP, Corporate Controller

We are excited to be partnering with a growing MarTech business looking for a Junior Accountant to join their Finance team. What You'll Be Doing

✅ Own daily bank and cash reconciliations across multiple entities and currencies

✅ Process and code vendor invoices accurately through Tipalti

✅ Manage weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, and checks) ensuring vendors are paid on time

✅ Partner with stakeholders to ensure invoices are approved promptly

✅ Prepare monthly accruals and supporting schedules

✅ Support month-end close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and close checklist deliverables

✅ Maintain vendor documentation, contracts, tax forms, and banking records

✅ Assist with audits, annual 1099 reporting, and special projects





✅ Review employee travel and expense submissions for accuracy

✅ Identify opportunities to automate and improve accounting processes using AI and technology

What We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

✔ 2-3 years' experience in an accounting or Staff Accountant role

✔ Strong Excel skills including lookups, pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis

✔ Demonstrated interest in AI and examples of using technology to improve efficiency

✔ Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines

✔ Strong communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have

⭐ NetSuite experience

⭐ Experience in SaaS, media services, or demand generation industries

⭐ Multi-entity and multi-currency accounting experience

⭐ Progress toward CPA designation
