THOMASHAAS Chocolates & Patisserie is seeking a motivated Junior Pastry Cook to join our pastry team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about expanding their pastry knowledge, eager to learn new skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

- Education: Graduate of a recognized culinary or pastry arts program.
- Attributes: Coachable, eager to learn, and possesses a strong sense of urgency.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance
- Hours: Early morning shifts starting at 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM (no evening shifts)
- Days Off: Two consecutive days off per week (Sundays and Mondays).
