– Junior Server

We are seeking a professional, passionate, and detail-oriented Junior Server to join the front-of-house team at Revé Restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundation in fine dining who is eager to refine their service skills in a refined, creative, and collaborative environment where hospitality, precision, and guest experience are paramount.

At Revé, our approach to hospitality is rooted in thoughtful, European-inspired service, seasonal farm-to-fire cuisine, and a genuine passion for creating memorable dining experiences. As a Junior Server, you will work closely with our senior service team to deliver polished, attentive, and seamless service while continuing to develop your knowledge of food, wine, and fine dining standards.

As a Junior Server, you will:

- Support the senior servers and management team in delivering exceptional, personalized guest experiences
- Assist with the preparation, setup, and maintenance of the dining room to ensure impeccable presentation and readiness for service
- Maintain the highest standards of table presentation, including proper table settings, napkin presentation, glassware, and overall cleanliness
- Assist with food and beverage service, including carrying and clearing plates, prebussing, crumbing tables,



and maintaining proper service etiquette
- Develop a strong understanding of Revé's seasonal menus, ingredients, culinary techniques, and farm-to-fire philosophy to confidently support menu explanations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and polished dining room throughout service
- Follow established service standards, health and safety procedures, and restaurant operating protocols
- Demonstrate initiative, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a high-standard hospitality environment

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience, including at least 1 year in a fine dining establishment
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a strong desire to develop a career in fine dining
- A professional understanding of dining room etiquette, table maintenance, and fundamental food and beverage service techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
- A willingness to learn about seasonal cuisine, local ingredients, wine, and beverage pairings
- Ability to remain composed, attentive, and effective in a fast-paced, detail-oriented service setting
- Professional, polished, and well-presented, with a strong understanding of personal hygiene and grooming standards
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- A positive attitude and a commitment to contributing to a respectful, supportive, and high-performing team culture
