We are specifically looking for a proven litigator with demonstrable interest in developing or continuing a workplace law practice and supporting litigation files including employment litigation in the Courts, related commercial litigation claims, labour arbitrations, and advocacy before administrative tribunals and professional regulators.



good academic credentials from an accredited law school and membership in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia; ~3+ years post-call experience in labour and employment law and/or a related area of law, with a focus on litigation and advocacy; ~ a genuine interest in labour and employment law, which may be demonstrated through legal work experience, completed coursework in related areas, extracurricular involvement, and/or prior professional work experience such as in human resources management; Our workplace focusses on teamwork, mentoring, the needs of our clients, service to our community and continuing legal education.
