Lead technology portfolio governance for Brunel’s major potash project in Saskatoon, applying strategic leadership and performance reporting across complex operations.

As Lead PMO, you will guide technology programs from business objectives through actionable portfolio plans. You will oversee governance, delivery commitments, project pipelines, and performance visibility. The position requires stakeholder engagement, strategic decision-making, and alignment with asset and operational plans.

Key Responsibilities: Lead teams planning, monitoring, and governing technology programs

Translate business objectives into actionable portfolio plans

Oversee demand intake, prioritization, and execution planning

Track scope, schedule, budget, and safety performance





Manage risks and promote portfolio standardization

Requirements: Experience leading PMO or portfolio management teams

Background in governance, strategy, and performance reporting

Experience with agile and waterfall delivery methodologies

Robust senior stakeholder communication and engagement skills

Technology education or equivalent experience; PMP preferred
