We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident and dedicated individual to join our team as an After School Care Program Facilitator. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude, embodying a passion for nurturing the growth and development of school-aged children. You will be responsible for overseeing a group of 15 students, ensuring a protected and engaging environment that caters to their diverse needs.

Additionally, you will provide personalized, one-on-one care for an Autistic student, fostering an inclusive atmosphere.

As a team player, you will collaborate effectively with colleagues, contributing to a cohesive and supportive environment. Your commitment to lifelong learning and adaptability will be key in meeting the evolving needs of our program and its participants. A strong understanding of childcare regulations is essential,



ensuring compliance and the highest standards of care.

This role requires a commitment to the entire school year and the flexibility to work during most PD days, Flex Fridays, and Teachers' Convention. Staff will receive school holidays off such as Christmas break, Spring break and long weekends. Must have a level 2 or enrolled/enroll in school to obtain your level two, first aid and a new criminal record check including vulnerable sector check.

Pay: $15.00-$20.05 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 17.0 per week
