Sonova is seeking a Manager, Cloud Application Services to lead the Cloud Application Services team and support the reliable delivery of cloud backend capabilities, platform services, and operational support for Sonova’s digital solutions. This role will help build a collaborative, high-performing team while ensuring cloud services, platforms, documentation, and operational practices meet quality, security, compliance, and maintainability standards. Manage workforce planning, recruiting, performance evaluations, individual development, and succession planning Support delivery of cloud backend capabilities, platform services, and operational support for Sonova digital solutions Maintain transparent backlog, priority, and risk management at the operational level Coordinate work-package delivery based on business and project needs to ensure reliable execution Manage and continuously improve team assets, including infrastructure, systems, source code, data, documentation,



and operational practices Partner with leadership, project management, product, and platform stakeholders to prioritize and coordinate team deliverables Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred ~Experience leading teams and supporting performance, development, and resource planning ~ Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in dynamic technical environments ~ Self-motivated, proactive, accountable, quality-conscious, and results-oriented ~ Experience with MS Office, Jira, Confluence, and GitHub; Planisware, Polarion, SAP, or German language skills are a plus Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.
