An established Tri-City based window and door manufacturer is seeking an experienced Independent Sales Agent or Manufacturers’ Representative Agency. This role operates as an independent contractor business entity (Incorporated or Sole Proprietor) focused entirely on expanding our distribution network throughout the Tri-Cities (Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge), Guelph, and the immediate surrounding markets. We specialize in residential new construction, custom builds, and dealer markets.

Because we manufacture locally, we provide superior logistical reliability, rapid estimating support, and highly competitive wholesale floor pricing. You leverage your existing local builder network to drive regional growth.

Compensation & Financial Structure:

- Complete Margin Retention: Retain 100% of the profit margin generated above our aggressive floor pricing. You control your customer pricing, with floor structures optimized dynamically based on the sales channel (volume builder, dealer, or direct-to-consumer).
- Company Stock Options: Obtain a meaningful equity position based on volume milestones, providing long-term equity upside.
- High-Volume Earnings: Designed for independent agents leveraging networks to secure large-volume deals with subdivision, multi-home, and dealer accounts.

No commission caps or limits on your total earning potential.

Requirements:

- 3 to 5+ years of experience selling windows, doors, or structural building materials.
- An active, established network of builders, renovators, developers, or dealers in the Tri-Cities / mid-west Ontario region.
- Must have the established infrastructure to operate as an independent contractor or registered corporate business entity.

Pay: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
