- Coordinate with professional photographers and videographers to plan, prep, and execute on-site food and lifestyle shoots for new seasonal menu launches.
- Design quick-turnaround visual assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / Illustrator) to support digital and localized store needs.
- Maintain consistent visual and verbal brand standards across all guest touchpoints, both online and in-store.
- Work with influencers when needed and coordinate visits with in-store team.
- In-Store Presence & Operations Collaboration:
- Regularly visit restaurant locations to build robust working relationships with front-of-house and back-of-house teams, capture authentic live content, and observe guest interactions.
- Gather guest feedback and collaborate with store managers to identify local marketing opportunities that drive foot traffic and boost reservation bookings (via OpenTable).
- Digital & Website Updates:
- Assist in updating website content, digital menus, hours of operation, and reservation links across digital platforms and local listings to ensure information is consistently accurate and aligned with live promotions.
- General Brand & Team Support:

- Foster a collaborative environment by stepping in to support marketing team with unexpected challenges, event coordination, and evolving day-to-day responsibilities.
