As a Mobile Patrol Guard, you will play a vital role in protecting our clients, their properties, and the communities we serve. You will operate a company vehicle to conduct scheduled and random patrols across multiple locations, respond to alarms and incidents, and ensure that all assigned sites remain safe and secure.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate a company-provided vehicle to conduct scheduled and random mobile patrols at assigned client locations.
- Perform thorough interior and exterior property inspections to identify security risks, safety hazards, and unusual activity.
- Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, emergencies, and security-related incidents.
- Prepare accurate and detailed electronic patrol logs, occurrence reports, and incident reports.
- Maintain consistent communication with dispatch, supervisors, and other team members.
- Follow established security procedures, site-specific instructions, and company policies.
- Exercise sound judgment when assessing situations and escalate concerns when necessary.




- Maintain a professional appearance and represent DiFranco Security Services with integrity and respect.

Position Details
- Position: Mobile Patrol Security Guard
- Schedule: Primarily overnight shifts
- Availability: Flexibility to work days, afternoons, evenings, overnights, weekends, and statutory holidays as operationally required
- Work Environment: Multiple client locations, including interior and exterior patrols

Required Qualifications To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence with a clean Driver's Abstract.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional security experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prepare clear, accurate, and professional incident reports.
- Comfortable using mobile devices, electronic reporting systems, and basic security technology.
- Ability to work independently, remain alert, and make responsible decisions under pressure.
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned shifts.

Preferred Qualifications The following qualifications are considered assets:
- Previous mobile patrol or alarm response experience.
- Experience working in shelter environments or other high-demand security settings.
- Current Use of Force Certification.
- Access to a personal vehicle for commuting and operational flexibility.




- Experience handling challenging situations, conflict resolution, and emergency response.
