- Quality control, including inspection standards, fixing complaints at the root, and keeping customers happy

- SOPs, meaning writing, training and enforcing standard operating procedures for every station
- The team, including hiring, training and leading plant staff and drivers

- Metrics, with a weekly report to ownership on production, labour %, turnaround and error rates

- Equipment, including coordinating maintenance and new equipment installs

What we're looking for

- A motivated, hands-on leader who holds a team accountable

- Someone organized and data-driven who's comfortable with spreadsheets and software

- Clear written and spoken English
- A valid driver's licence is an asset

Why join us

- No layers. We're a startup setting, and you'll work directly with the founders and owners.

- Grow as we grow. As the company scales, your role, skills and responsibilities scale with it.

- A tech and AI company. We use technology and AI tools heavily, so you'll get hands-on experience with tools most operations roles never touch.

- A lasting industry. Laundry isn't going anywhere, and you'll help build a company designed to scale.
