Order Fulfillment & Shipping/Receiving Associate – Beverage Equipment

UBC Group Canada is a growing manufacturer and distributor of beer, beverage, and foodservice refrigeration and dispensing equipment, as well as branded promotional products. We are looking for an organized, dependable team member to join our warehouse operations in Mississauga, ON.

Experience with beer and beverage equipment is a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete the final stages of order fulfillment, including checking orders for accuracy, packing, preparing shipments, and coordinating dispatch.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and product condition, and report discrepancies.
- Work closely with order pickers, the technical department, and assembly staff to ensure orders are complete and ready to ship on time.
- Prepare and verify shipping and receiving documentation.
- Develop a solid understanding of our products to support accurate order fulfillment and respond to basic customer product inquiries.
- Help maintain an organized, productive warehouse and follow company safety procedures.




- Communicate clearly with colleagues and customers to resolve order and shipment issues.

Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Practical problem-solving skills and a dependable, proactive approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in the beer and beverage industry is strongly preferred.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
