Body Therapy Wellness Centre is seeking a qualified Osteopathic Manual Practitioner / Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. We value thoughtful, patient-centred treatment and a cooperative approach to care.
- Current full membership in positive standing with the Alberta Association of Osteopathic Manual Therapists (AAOMT), or demonstrated eligibility to obtain full membership before commencing practice.
- A qualifying diploma in Osteopathic Manual Therapy.
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinic.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients and provide individualized treatments within the osteopathic manual therapy scope of practice.
- Maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date assessment and treatment records.
- Explain treatment plans and support patients in understanding their care.
- Collaborate with other practitioners where appropriate to support coordinated care.
- Maintain clean, safe treatment spaces and follow applicable infection prevention and sanitation requirements.
