We're looking for a Packaging Supervisor to lead day-to-day packaging operations for Core 1 Biologics. Reporting to the Senior Packaging Manager, you'll oversee teams and resources across visual inspection, capping, HSGA, Drop Gauge and packaging activities. You'll help deliver production plans while maintaining high standards for safety, quality and productivity.

You’ll also support compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and company policies, and foster a positive, collaborative team setting. This role is working Night shift, Monday - Friday so ability to do this shift pattern is essential. Lead day-to-day shift operations and resource planning for the Visual Inspection and Packaging team.

Supervise packaging activities to ensure work follows approved instructions and schedules, making effective use of people and equipment to meet production plans.



Coordinate the release and use of packaging components and production supplies, supporting efficient utilization and minimizing downtime. Support employee training and ensure required regulatory training and qualifications are completed; partner with the Packaging Analyst to track qualifications.

Promote compliance with safety requirements and current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards. Support the Department Manager in improving processes, product quality, productivity and cost efficiency. Coordinate packaging-related activities with partner functions, including Materials, Finance, Human Resources and Engineering.

Develop, review and recommend updates to packaging procedures and protocols; Coach and mentor team members, supporting career development, continuous learning and open communication. Address employee performance and conduct matters in line with company policies, including counseling and recommending appropriate personnel actions. At least two years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
