Paid Social Specialist Duration: 4+ weeks, part-time hours Fully remote Rate: $35-42/hr.

Our full-service agency client is looking for a freelance Paid Social Specialist to support upcoming campaigns across Meta and TikTok. This role is specifically focused on the paid promotion and amplification of influencer/creator content, rather than influencer management or content creation.

The ideal candidate has robust hands-on paid social experience and has worked directly with influencer/creator content as paid media, including navigating creator authorization, account access, permissions and other requirements needed to run paid campaigns through creator accounts.

Responsibilities

- Set up and manage paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
- Execute the paid amplification of existing influencer/creator content.
- Manage the paid media components of campaigns utilizing influencer content, including targeting, budgets, optimization and performance.
- Navigate creator authorization, account access, permissions, whitelisting and other requirements needed to promote content through creator accounts.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns throughout the campaign period.
- Troubleshoot paid social platform and creator-access issues as needed.
- Coordinate with the agency account team on campaign execution.
- Provide end-of-campaign reporting and performance insights.
- Support approximately 3-5 influencers/creators per campaign from a paid media perspective.

Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, particularly across Meta and TikTok.
- Demonstrated experience using influencer/creator content within paid social campaigns and amplifying that content through paid media.
- Experience with creator authorization, account access, whitelisting, partnership ads, Spark Ads, or similar paid creator workflows.




- Strong understanding of the requirements involved in running paid campaigns using content from influencer/creator accounts.
- Experience with campaign setup, audience targeting, optimization, troubleshooting and performance reporting.
- Agency experience is preferred.
- Comfortable working independently on a freelance, project-based basis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage smaller campaigns with minimal oversight
