We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to various products and structures, ensuring high-quality standards are met. This role requires the ability to work safely in a fast-paced setting.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure proper adhesion of paint or coatings
- Apply paint, primers, stains, or finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with precision
- Use hand tools and power tools to assist with surface preparation and finishing tasks
- Perform quality checks to ensure finishes meet specified standards and specifications
- Maintain a clean work area by properly disposing of waste materials and cleaning tools after use
- Follow safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during painting when necessary
Requirements
- Experience in painting -2 years min
- Working at Heights
- Valid driving licence with clean abstract
- Own transportation to job sites
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
