Part-Time Sales Associate – Popeye’s Supplements Langley

Into training, nutrition and helping people hit their goals? Popeye’s Supplements Langley is looking for an outgoing, high-energy Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team.

At Popeye’s, we help people get stronger, healthier and more confident. Whether a customer is training for their first 5K, working on weight loss or prepping for a competition, our team takes the time to understand what they’re after and point them to the right products.

Please note: this is an active retail sales role. You’ll be on the floor starting conversations, working toward sales goals and helping drive store results. Performance is measured through key performance indicators (KPIs).

What you’ll do

- Greet every customer and start real conversations, not just “need help?”
- Ask questions to understand each customer’s goals: muscle gain, weight loss, performance or general health
- Recommend suitable products with confidence and explain how they fit those goals
- Work toward individual and store sales goals
- Keep the store clean, organized, stocked and ready for customers
- Receive shipments, help with inventory counts and support daily store operations
- Follow company standards, including attendance, dress code and opening and closing procedures

What we’re looking for

- A strong interest in fitness, nutrition and supplements




- An outgoing personality and confidence starting conversations with customers
- A willingness to learn, accept coaching and apply feedback
- Motivation to hit sales goals and contribute to store results
- Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
- Availability that meets the store’s needs, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Assets

- Retail sales or customer service experience
- Supplement knowledge (helpful, but a willingness to learn is essential)
- Personal training, nutrition, kinesiology or fitness certifications
