Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un PCO pour un contrat d’une durée de 12 mois avec possibilité de renouvellement.
MANDAT
- Assurer la planification et le contrôle des projets TI (portée, coûts, risques)
- Préparer et animer les comités de suivi et de portefeuille
- Produire les tableaux de bord et indicateurs de performance des projets
- Effectuer le suivi financier et les conciliations des données de projet
- Accompagner les chargés de projet dans l'application des bonnes pratiques
- Œuvrer dans un environnement sur Azure DevOps et Microsoft Project
PROFIL
- 7+ années d'expérience professionnelle comme PCO
- Expérience en 3+ mandats d'un an et plus dans des projets TI d'envergure
- Bonnes connaissances en gestion de projets traditionnelle, agile et hybride
- Expérience en transformation organisationnelle en contexte public
- Maîtrise des outils Microsoft de gestion de projets
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités en contexte multipartenaire
- Certification Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI-ACP ou SAFe (atout)
- BAC en informatique, en administration ou l'équivalent
- Français requis

- Prepare and facilitate follow-up and portfolio committees
- Produce project dashboards and performance indicators
- Perform financial tracking and reconciliation of project data
- Support project managers in applying best practices
- Work in an environment based on Azure DevOps and Microsoft Project
PROFILE
- 7+ years of professional experience as a PCO
- Experience in 3+ mandates of one year or more on major IT projects
- Valuable knowledge of traditional, agile and hybrid project management
- Experience in organizational transformation in a public context
- Mastery of Microsoft project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a multi-partner context
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI-ACP or SAFe certification (asset)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, administration or equivalent
- French required
