Job Overview

- We are seeking a motivated Plumbing Apprentice, from starter through second-year level, to support experienced plumbers commercial projects.

- This hands-on role offers practical training and opportunities to build skills in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance while following job-site safety procedures.

Duties

- Assist with installing, assembling, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping.

- Prepare work areas and materials; use hand tools and power tools under appropriate supervision.

- Help measure, cut, fit, and secure pipe and plumbing components.

- Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions with guidance.

- Support basic troubleshooting and maintenance tasks, and report issues to the supervising plumber.

- Keep tools and work areas organized, follow safety practices,



and use required protective equipment.

- Coordinate with plumbers and other construction trades, including carpentry and HVAC teams, as needed.

Skills

- Interest in developing a career in plumbing; prior plumbing or construction experience is helpful but not required.

- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly tasks.

- Ability to perform basic math, take measurements, and follow directions accurately.

- Blueprint reading and interpreting schematics are beneficial.

- Exposure to carpentry, HVAC, welding, or maintenance is a plus.

- Dependability, attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a safety-conscious approach to work.

- Ability to work as part of a team and perform physical tasks required on a job site.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
