Project Leader - Engineering

Rouyn-Noranda, QC, Canada Val d'Or, QC, Canada We’relooking for a project leader in electrical engineering and automatiion with robust business acumen tomanage projects and develop business relationships with our clients in Abitibi. Be responsible for client relationships and the quality of professional services delivered. Plan, organize, lead, and coordinate projects.

Contribute to and execute electrical engineering projects for clients in the industrial sector. Conduct technical field surveys and site assessments. Mentor, support, and train junior engineers under your supervision.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical. Civil, Structural, Automation, Electrical or other disciplines) From 5 and 12years of relevant experience in project management,site work or heavy industrial sector Available to travel between our Mont-Saint-Hilaire and Val-d’Or offices Available for short-term (required) and long-term (asset) assignments outside BBA offices Knowledge of workplace safety (workers’ compensation) and site monitoring Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, MS Project, Excel)



Advanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in English-speaking Canadian provinces and internationally; you may need to use English occasionally or daily, depending on current projects Advanced French skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in Québec Ability to draft technical documents in both English and French Group insurance plan from day one, including short-term and long-term disability insurance and a telemedicine program Retirement savings plan Vacation and sick leave BBA considers many factors when determining the annualbase salary, including location, market, education, relevant and demonstratedwork experience, technical assessment, qualifications, certifications and otherrelevant skills.
